Verniciatura Industriale guarantees the use of advanced technologies and offers all its customers a range of avant-garde services and solutions. The vast experience gathered over the years and the great know-how serve to guarantee high quality services and production, able to satisfy the most varied issues relative to material treatments and paints. Within corporate buildings, including remote areas, only modern and high-performance systems are used, amongst which, various types of pressurised cabins, wall fans, mobile platforms, basins for the treatment of zinc, manganese, steel and aluminium.

The following systems are installed within the Pian di Follo establishment:

  • Painting system with aerial monorail carrier 95 m in length with 135 hooks each with load capacity of 80 kg which oversee mass production.
  • Various sized pressurised cabins overseeing the full ejection operation during painting and drying stages: all the air treated is ejected and completely restored.
  • It is possible to set the temperature desired and complete material surface treatment operations within the cabin, and additionally, adjust both the temperature and duration of the actual stage. At the end of the set time, the system automatically proceeds to the material and entire air processing circuit cooling stage. The systems can be selected via a membrane which provides two independent sections to enable simultaneous painting, using different colours. They are also provided with two mobile platforms (Paint Lift) for the internal movement of operators.
  • Dehydrogenization oven.
  • Phosphatising basins (zinc and manganese), aluminium chromatization, stainless steel passivation, aluminium decolouring and passivation with maximum dimensions of 5,000x3,000x2,000 mm.
  • Chrome-free aluminium passivation system with maximum dimensions of 5,000x3,000x2,000 mm
  • Data display machines for small-scale items

Within the OTO Melara operations unit:

  • Various sized pressurised cabins overseeing the full ejection operation during painting and drying stages: all the air treated is ejected and completely restored. It is possible to set the temperature desired and complete material surface treatment operations within the cabin, and additionally, adjust both the temperature and duration of the actual stage. At the end of the set time, the system automatically proceeds to the material and entire air processing circuit cooling stage. In this case too, the systems can be selected via a membrane which provides two independent sections to enable simultaneous painting, using different colours and provided with two mobile platforms (Paint Lift) for the internal movement of operators.
  • Regenerative sandblasting system with option of selecting the type of abrasive dependent on the base material.

Within the WASS operations unit:

  • Pressurised cabin overseeing the full ejection operation during painting and drying stages: all the air treated is ejected and completely restored. During the painting stage, it is possible to set the temperature desired and complete material surface treatment operations within the cabin. During the drying stage, it is possible to adjust both the temperature and the duration of the stage. At the end of the set time, the system automatically proceeds to the material and entire air processing circuit cooling stage.

Within the OTO Melara Spa Unità Breda Meccanica operations unit:

  • Wall fan system which has a filtering section in the front part and a fan system assembled in the top part; the air is channelled inside the structure via air suction filters, then it is filtered within the fan system and finally, released into the ejector pipe.
  • All Verniciatura Industriale systems comply with EC standards and all authorisations as specified by legislation currently in force.
